We provide a wide variety of services to seniors, those recovering from illness or injury, people with disabilities and anyone else who needs care and support in the comfort of their own home.
We provide Hourly Care, 24-Hour Care and Live-In Care, as needed.
Companionship: Our compassionate Caregivers are committed to enhancing the quality of your loved one’s life by providing emotional support and high-quality interactions.
Medication Reminders: Our highly trained Caregivers collaborate with patients, loved ones and healthcare teams to ensure that your loved one takes the medication he or she needs, at the right time each day.
Mobility Assistance: The freedom to live at home comes with the challenge of maneuvering and the risk of injury due to falls. Therefore, our Caregivers are trained to assist patients in transferring from bed to chair to wheelchair, as needed. We support patients in bed positioning and implement fall prevention techniques when walking with our patients. You can rest easy knowing that we are here to help keep you or your loved one safe.
Personal Hygiene & Grooming: Our patients deserve not only independence, but also dignity. Maintaining personal hygiene and physical appearance is critical. Our Caregivers assist with tasks such as bathing, toileting, dressing, shaving, hair styling and brushing teeth.
Respite Care: We know that family Caregivers are dedicated, generous and committed to supporting their loved ones. Your endless care is the ultimate expression of your love. We also know that providing round the clock care can be exhausting, both physically and emotionally. We are here to take your place when you need some time for self-care. By taking time for yourself, you can be sure you are at your best when you are with your loved one. By entrusting us during your time off, you can be confident that your loved one will be cared for with compassion and respect until you return.
Physical Therapy: We are here to help you promote, maintain and/or restore your health.
Post Stroke, Surgery or Injury Care: Transitioning to life at home after a stroke, surgery or injury, can be a daunting task. We will help you adjust to your new reality, keep track of medications and doctor appointments and minimize the risk of injury or hospitalization. We keep you safe and as comfortable as possible so that you can focus on recovery in the comfort of your home.
Meal Preparation:Eating healthy, delicious meals is a key component of physical wellness and emotional contentedness. Our Caregivers work with patients and families to understand your loved one’s nutritional needs and preferences so that we can prepare and serve meals that will keep your loved one healthy and happy.
Dementia Care: We will be there to help keep your loved one safe, to help him or her maintain dignity and to reduce the stress caused by memory loss and confusion, all within the familiar surroundings of home.
Light Housekeeping: A clean and orderly home creates a sense of calm. Our Caregivers can take on light housekeeping responsibilities such as washing dishes, changing sheets, vacuuming, doing laundry, wiping down tables and counters before and after meals and more, helping to create a sanitary and comfortable environment for your loved one.
Transportation: Our patients may not be able to drive, or to venture out of the home on their own, and so we are here to provide transportation and company, allowing your loved one to run errands, attend doctor’s appointments and participate in social engagements. Our Caregivers not only provide the comfort of living at home, but also the freedom to leave the home in safety.
